Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• I agree to inspect assigned buildings thoroughly and honestly.
• I understand that my inspections will be compared against pilgrim check-in ratings.
• If my inspection scores significantly deviate from pilgrim ratings, I may be flagged and my performance rating will be reduced.
• Refusing assigned buildings without valid reason will negatively impact my performance score.
• Payment is contingent on completing inspections to the required standard.
• The Command Center reserves the right to approve, decline, or counter my proposed pay rate.
