Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• I agree to accept dispatched work orders and complete them promptly.
• Work completion requires the pilgrim's Closure OTP for verification.
• I will provide accurate cost assessments before proceeding with repairs.
• The Command Center reserves the right to approve, decline, or counter my proposed pay rate.
• Failure to complete jobs satisfactorily may result in contract termination.
